Travel from OR Tambo Airport to Camp Skukuza

OR Tambo is the international airport of Johannesburg. Most of the international participants are expected to arrive at this airport. Skukuza Camp in Kruger Park is 450km from the airport (about 5 hour drive). There are two main options for transfer from the OR Tambo airport to Skukuza offered by the Conference Coordinator (Inside Edge) and can booked with registration:

1. Airplane. Skukuza has a small airport. Flights can be booked with registration. The cost is R2600 one way. Normally one also needs to book a transfer from the Skukuza Airport to the Camp itself, cost R270.

2. Transfer by car. Cost R1650 on way.

The young scientists supported under the SMB and CoE MaSS Financial Aid will be transferred via 10-seater minibusses schedulled as follows:
- from University of Pretoria: 9:00 on 25 June 2017,
- from OR Tambo Airport: 10:30 on 25 June 2017,
- from Skukuza Camp: 11:30 on 30 June 2017 (to the airport or to University of Pretoria campus)
